Bright cherry and primary red fruit with a hint of spices perfectly describes this nice Pinot Noir from the Carneros appellation. The bright and vibrant fruit marries well with the subtle and fine tannins. As a result, the wine has a very soft-spoken texture. It is aromatically very true to the varietal and is a feminine expression of Pinot Noir. Served slightly chilled, this wine will taste great paired with crab cakes, porcini mushrooms, or fresh salmon.
